JUST ARRIVED! This 1967 Chevrolet Nova is finished in Viper Blue over black and powered by a 383ci stroker V8 paired with a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a manual valve body and a Moser 12-bolt rear axle. Features include a black vinyl roof, cowl hood, Holley four-barrel carburetor, an MSD electronic ignition system, and an Edelbrock intake manifold and cylinder heads as well as welded subframe connectors, Wilwood front disc brakes, Cragar wheels, CalTracs traction bars, Mickey Thompson tires, and a Freddy Brown Racing torque converter.
The chrome 15″ Cragar wheels are mounted with Mickey Thompson tires measuring 28×8″ up front and 235/60 out back. The car is equipped with a manual steering rack, welded subframe connectors, and CalTracs traction bars. Braking is handled by unassisted Wilwood front discs and factory-style rear drums.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a column-mounted AutoMeter tachometer, horizontal 120-mph speedometer, and a fuel level gauge. A trio of Autogage instruments is mounted in the center of the dashboard. The five-digit mechanical odometer shows under 68k miles
The replacement 350ci V8 was refurbished and displacement was increased to 383ci. Additional work included fitting an Eagle rotating assembly, Holley four-barrel carburetor, an MSD electronic ignition, coil, and wires, Edelbrock cylinder heads and a Performer intake manifold, tubular headers, Proform slant edge valve covers, and a K&N air filter.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission with a manual valve body and a Moser 12-bolt rear axle. A Freddy Brown Racing 3,200 rpm stall torque converter has reportedly been fitted.
