High octane classics is proud to offer this pro touring 1971 nova that underwent a refurbishment that involved installation of a 383ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, refreshing the suspension and the interior, and applying a gray 3M vinyl wrap. Other features include a four-link suspension, 17″ American Racing wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, a black grille and bumpers, black leather upholstery, aftermarket front bucket seats, AutoMeter gauges, a Hurst shifter, and carbon-fiber interior trim. Black-finished 17″ American Racing wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich g-Force tires measuring 235/45 up front and 315/35 at the rear. The car has been fitted with a Detroit Speed & Engineering Quadra-link suspension kit, and braking is achieved by Wilwood discs at all four corners. The cabin was refreshed with front bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black leather, which extends to the dashboard and the door panels. Carbon-fiber trim accents the interior, and additional features include front vent windows, black carpeting, and a Hurst shifter. An aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel frames AutoMeter gauges consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a 10k-rpm tachometer, and readouts for fuel level, voltage, water temperature, and oil pressure. The digital odometer shows 1,600 miles.The 383ci stroker V8 is equipped with Dart Pro1 intake manifolds, Comp Camps roller rocker arms and camshaft, a Holley Demon carburetor, and MSD electronic ignition.Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a replacement Muncie four-speed manual transmission. The car is equipped with a Detroit Speed & Engineering mini-tub and a Chris Alston's Chassisworks replacement front subframe.
