1970 Plymouth Satellite hardtop has been modified in the style of a Road Runner and is powered by a 440ci V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission and an 8.75″ limited-slip rear end with 3.73:1 gearing. The engine is modified with revised pistons and aluminum cylinder heads as well as a Edlebrock carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, an MSD ignition, an aluminum radiator, Mopar valve covers, and TTI headers and exhaust. The car is finished in Rallye green with Road Runner–style graphics and has a black-accented fiberglass hood with a scoop. Other features include a black vinyl roof, American Racing 15″ wheels, chrome bumpers, an aftermarket suspension, rack-and-pinion steering, Wilwood front brakes, a B&M Pro Ratchet shifter, a trunk-mounted 15-gallon fuel cell, and a black interior with bucket seats. The American Racing 15″ wheels are mounted with Firestone Firehawk tires. The car is equipped with rack-and-pinion steering and a tubular K-member. Braking is handled by Wilwood front calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors, and drums are utilized at the rear wheels. Replacement bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, door panels, and carpeting.
