1966 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible is a red-over-red example that is powered by a 396ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission. This Chevelle received a frame off restoration that is just as nice on the bottom as it is on top, subsequent work included installing four-wheel disc brakes featuring red-finished calipers and cross-drilled and slotted rotors. Additional equipment includes, a white soft top, Sunpro auxiliary gauges, a retro-style digital stereo, an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold, tubular exhaust headers, and a dual exhaust system. The body was repainted red under and is equipped with a white convertible soft top. Exterior details include chrome-finished bumpers and trim, simulated hood vents, SS and 396 badging, and dual exhaust outlets. Polished American Racing Torq Thrust 17″ wheels are mounted with Hankook Ventus Sport K104 tires measuring 235/45 up front and 255/50 out back.
